We survey free of charge within roughly 35 miles of Macclesfield — that covers most of Cheshire plus Staffordshire and Shropshire, including Wilmslow, Knutsford, Congleton, Leek, Stoke-on-Trent and Market Drayton. On the edge? Ask, we’re often nearby anyway.
Yes. For extensions we handle the drawings, planning application (where needed) and building control from start to sign-off, including structural calculations for steels. You get copies of everything at handover.
Our own in-house team — the people you met at the survey. We don’t subcontract the build to unknown crews. It’s the same faces every day, which is why the site stays tidy and the finish stays consistent.
Genuinely, yes — when they’re laid properly. Water drains straight through the surface, so there are no puddles and usually no need for planning permission. We use UV-stable resin (cheap resin yellows) and a solid base, so weeds have nothing to grow in.
It is. The written quote lists everything item by item. If we find something unexpected underground — a collapsed drain, say — we stop, show you photos, and agree any change in writing before doing it. No surprises on the final invoice.
